Over the next three years, Esbjerg Almennyttige Boligselskab Afd. Fuglebakken will go through a radical renovation. For about three months, the affected residents (app. 30 at time) will be relocated in pavilions. The project involves 15 temporary apartments, fully furnished with everything from beds to china. In addition, a washing pavilion is put up in order to make everyday life a little easier during the renovation. The size of the apartments is 66 m² and 96 m². Relocation, Løget by – Vejle, Denmark
ABC Pavilloner delivers 36 temporary homes for Løget by (Vejle, Denmark). In cooperation with a major Danish entrepreneur, ABC Pavilloner has delivered 36 temporary apartments built up of maxiflex modules. Willingness to cooperate and a constructive dialogue has resulted in an excellent result. The construction and installation period therefore progressed in less than two months including site preparation. Besides the apartment, we have put up two module villages for the developer and consultant of about 400 m2 each, including changing facilities and canteen for the carpenters. Project Manager: Kim H. Student accomodation, Campus Djursland – Grenaa, Denmark
Combined accomodation and teaching facilities, total area: 616 m2. The buildings are used for accomodation and teaching for the school’s students. The are constructed of multi-modules according to the Danish current building regulations. The structure is covered in black/grey Rockvit which is non-combustible and approved as fire class 1.
