Office building for Agro Food Park

This office building for Agro Food Park is designed as a flexible and functional solution, creating a modern setting for an active and varied working environment. The building is constructed of KM15 modules and arranged over two floors with external staircases, providing a clear and manageable division of work areas.

Each floor contains three open-plan offices and five individual offices, which together create a good balance between community and immersion. In addition, both floors are equipped with four toilet facilities, one of which is handicap-friendly and adapted for wheelchair users and people with reduced mobility. The interior design is well-considered and functional, with a focus on daily use, accessibility and flexibility.

Externally, the building has a stylish and modern appearance. The facade is clad with gray Cembrit facade cladding combined with a black felt roof, which gives an industrial and raw, yet calm and timeless look. A ramp has been established on one gable, which ensures easy and direct access for wheelchair users and people with reduced mobility, and supports the building’s accessibility in everyday life.

Indoors, the building offers a pleasant and temperate working environment with good lighting conditions. The well-chosen materials contribute to a healthy indoor climate, where both comfort and functionality have been considered from the start. Wood wool cement ceilings in all rooms ensure optimal acoustic conditions, while the durable linoleum floors are chosen for their long life and minimal maintenance: ideal for office use with high activity.

The building is heated via water-borne radiators and is well insulated, which ensures low energy consumption in accordance with current building regulations. The result is a reliable and well-functioning office building that combines function, comfort and a distinctive architectural expression – created for daily use and future needs.
