This means that we do everything we can to ensure that your completed building meets your expectations and complies with the agreement we have made: the price must be right, the schedule must be met, the building must look as you expect, and the quality must be top-class.
That’s why our quality control starts already upon receipt of materials and review of drawings. In our experience, this is the best way to optimise and ensure quality at every stage of the construction process.
Our constructions naturally always comply with applicable regulations, including the Danish standard for execution of load-bearing structures and requirements for quality assurance and control in construction projects (DS 1140) as well as SBI 271 on documentation and control of load-bearing structures in accordance with the applicable building regulations (BR18).
We ensure your construction quality with AutoDesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
To make it easy for you to maintain an overview of and insight into your project, we use a digital quality assurance tool, so you can always follow your construction process in real time.
ACC simplifies large parts of the process and makes collaboration between you as the client and us as the contractor easier, as all parties always have access to all information, all schedules and the latest updates.
Using a digital tool in our construction process is also an important step in the development of a smarter and more modern construction industry and helps move us towards sustainable work processes.

Our prerequisites for ensuring quality in your construction
Expertise and extensive experience are essential when delivering construction projects of the highest quality. We have worked with modular construction since 1999 and therefore know this building method and its potential pitfalls very well.
In addition, we have a dedicated quality assurance specialist on our team who handles quality assurance. Keld Alex Olesen is an experienced building designer and has the comprehensive overview and overall responsibility in the quality area. Keld has a structured and systematic approach to his work, which has been the foundation for his specialization in quality assurance.
