Optimal space utilization and clear layout
The building is constructed in three floors to utilize the area optimally and create clear conditions for the large number of craftsmen who use the facilities daily. The external stairs and walkways in steel ensure easy and safe access to all floors and contribute to efficient daily operations on the site.
Heating is provided via air-to-air heat pumps, supplemented with electric radiators in auxiliary rooms, while the building is ventilated with wall-mounted, mechanical ventilation systems. This ensures a stable and comfortable indoor climate – even under changing weather conditions and high daily usage.

Externally, the Maxi Flex modules appear with anthracite gray cladding boards and roofing felt on the roof surfaces, which gives a robust and functional expression that is well-suited for construction site use. The temporary building is erected on tile foundations and is constructed with full sewer connection, rainwater drainage as well as IT and electrical installations, so all technical needs are covered from day one.
The result is a well-thought-out and operationally reliable construction site facility that creates proper and well-functioning conditions for everyday life on the construction site – and which supports a complex construction project with many involved professional groups.
