KM15

Our versatile and energy-saving top model

KM15 is the ideal choice when you temporarily need space and want the best possible acoustics, indoor climate, and energy savings combined with high comfort. With KM15 modules, the possibilities are many and the details are well thought out. Due to the high quality and comfort, KM15 is perfect for you who need space for education, office facilities, receptions, exhibitions or showrooms, courses, and much more.

KM15 is our answer to a mobile low-energy building, and is therefore the choice for you who want to save on operating costs. With an efficient heat pump, comfortable heat recovery, top-class insulation, and comfortable underfloor heating, KM15 modules can give you savings of up to 85 percent compared to traditional modules with electric radiators. All in all, KM15 has the best total economy of all our modules.

KM15 is a flexible module with fixed corners and replaceable exterior walls including windows and doors. This gives you the opportunity to adapt the construction so it best meets your needs. The KM15 modules can also be expanded endlessly in width and up to 3 storeys—so if, after a period, you need more or fewer modules, it’s easy to adjust as you go.

We work according to the principle that it should be easy to dismantle our buildings, sort waste from used building materials, and reuse as much as possible.

Therefore, we build our Multi-modules based on the principle of design for disassembly. This means that the pavilion’s elements—exterior and interior walls—can be moved around, changed, or replaced as if they were Lego bricks. A principle that makes it easier for you to build temporarily with a clear conscience.

In our view, design for disassembly offers many advantages for you, us, and the planet: It lowers the price for you because the vast majority of the elements are recycled (but of course in good and fully functional condition). It increases our efficiency and shortens delivery times because we have finished elements ready to be assembled. And not least, circularity helps save the earth’s resources, reduce waste, and reduce CO2 emissions.
