Two-story office building with open-plan offices, meeting rooms, and toilet facilities
The building consists of 8 KM15 modules, divided into two open-plan offices, three meeting rooms, toilet facilities, a kitchenette, and an entrance hall. There are both internal and external stairs to the building to ensure easy access to the entire building. On the upper floor, it is also possible to use the available roof space on modules four and five as a roof terrace, if desired.
The exterior of the building is clad with anthracite gray cement fiber and roofing felt, and the interior walls, ceilings, and floors are made of healthy, high-quality materials to provide a good and comfortable indoor climate. The ceilings are also covered with wood wool cement boards to provide optimal acoustics. The building is delivered with IT and electrical installations.
The building naturally complies with both our high quality requirements and all applicable rules for temporary construction.
