The building consists of 14 multi-modules of size MM12, divided into four rooms of 56/57 m2 with associated wardrobe and changing/toilet facilities, an arrival and hallway area of 40 m2 in total, common rooms of 83 m2, a receiving kitchen, and staff and meeting facilities. Door handles are mounted high on all main and exterior doors.
The exterior of the building is clad with anthracite gray profile cladding and roofing felt with skylights. Inside, the walls, ceilings, and floors are made of healthy and durable materials, with a focus on good acoustics, to create a good indoor climate that will support the well-being of both children and staff. IT and electrical installations are fitted throughout the building.
